The warmth of the staff added a personal touch.

Unfortunately, the noise levels from neighboring rooms were quite noticeable at night, impacting our sleep. Privacy could be improved with better soundproofing in the building.

Separate room, good bathroom.

Great value for money room plus climate control, flat-screen television and a microwave. Exceptionally clean bathrooms with a bath. Absolutely perfect and comfy position right on the bay, in the pretty area.

This place is awesome for a group getaway! We loved hanging out at the dock area and the pool. The staff made everything easy, and the BBQ and picnic tables were a hit. You also get a playground for kids and laundry facilities, super convenient. We'll definitely be back!

The room was perfect and fairly quiet, had a dining area, a sitting area and a couch bed. It had a bathtub in the particularly good bathroom...

The kids loved the playground and the pool, always well maintained. The highlight for the family was the open grassy area where they played baseball. Our suite was cozy with fantastic AC, all the more comfortable.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

An unexpected delight! We arrived late and were greeted warmly. The grounds were immaculate, with charming areas by the water for lounging. The pool was pristine, too. A special mention for the generous hospitality. A perfect spot for families looking to enjoy quality time together.

We had an amazing stay with immaculate cleanliness everywhere, beautiful rooms just like in photos, and a cozy dock area with fire pits. I'd choose this place again!

The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the fire pits by the marina. The playground for kids kept everyone entertained, and the laundry facilities were super handy. Can't wait to return!

One downside was the noise levels from the neighboring rooms, a bit distracting at night. Otherwise, our stay was pretty smooth.

Got to say, this place surprised me in a good way. The grounds are well landscaped. Checking in was quick and simple. Room #9 was clean and cozy, with a fridge and microwave that were super convenient. Loved the little porch with chairs for my morning coffee. The picnic tables and charcoal grills by the water were perfect for grilling. The pool looked inviting, though I didn't try it out. Made good use of the fire pit Friday night. It was really fun! Just a quick drive away, there's a market, bakery, and bagel shop, which came in handy. Only downside was that the upper-level rooms could be an issue if stairs are a problem for you. I'd definitely come back for another stay.

I booked a bungalow with a separate bedroom. The location offered was stunning, a short walk to all amenities, great restaurants, beaches, and wineries. Also, Wild by Nature was only 1 mile away from the property.

This place is conveniently located near beaches and wineries, including the wide Ponquogue beach, making it a great base for exploring the Hamptons area. The room we stayed in had a separate bedroom.

The staff was friendly and the grounds were well maintained. The pool was lovely and the view from the room was beautiful.

There were some issues with the room, such as a tub that wouldn't drain and difficulty reaching the front office. The private beach was not easily accessible during high tide and the community areas were neglected.
